At Integra-Tec Machining, LLC, we specialize in both long and short run production machining. We have equipment, personnel, and the disciplines to perform very close tolerance work over a large range of component sizes.
Our customers range from major manufacturers of industrial equipment, graphic arts equipment, and precision couplings to emergency vehicle components, just to name a few.
Our production is the result of a planned process which has earned us process certification, and qualified us as a preferred supplier to a fortune 100 corporation. We are experienced in all aspects of APQP and PPAP. Once your process has been designed and sent to manufacturing, we utilize statistical methods to assure our processes perform as expected. From there we continue our APQP disciplines to apply continuous improvement to the process. In addition to our production and CNC capabilities, we have a full “tool room” for “one offs.”
